Ann I. Brownfield

Ann I. Brownfield, born March 2, 1927, went home to be with the Lord, January 28, 2016.

Ann is survived by Fred, her husband of 46 years, two daughters, Carol A. Friend (John) and Ronda L. Lindamood. Also many nieces and nephews. Ann was preceded in death by her mother and father, Ola and Ada Corp, six brothers, four sisters and a son, William M. “Bill” Lindamood.

A member of the Corner Stone Baptist Church, Ann loved to sing, and was director of the Golden-Aires in years past.

Among Ann’s passions, was the Love of the Lord, cooking wonderful meals in the home she adored for her family and friends. Much of her time was spent working in the yard, watching the birds feed and enjoying the company of her little dog, Rudy Red.

The love of nature, flowers, trees and sunshine generated a sparkle seen in her eyes. She was a soft, gentle, compassionate spirit. Ann will be forever missed by those who were fortunate enough to know and love her.

Calling hours will be 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the funeral home with Pastor Larry Ruh officiating.

Burial will be in Community Gardens Cemetery, New Lexington, Ohio
