Born April 10, 1958 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Carl M. and Inez R. Ortman Miller.
Survived by his wife, Ruth A. Price Miller; 2 daughters, Javona (Shawn) Peck of Crooksville and Anita Tamburello of Crooksville; 7 grandchildren; 1 brother and 2 sisters.
In addition to his parents, preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
At his request, no calling hours or services will be held and a caring cremation will take place.
