Hayes Lee Kinney

Hayes Lee Kinney, 66, of Crooksville, Ohio died at 6:20am on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Genesis Hospital.

Born December 30, 1951 in Crooksville, Ohio to the late Charles Edgebert and Martha Eileen Dennis Kinney.

Hayes attended Crooksville High School; was an employee of Nicofibers in Shawnee, Ohio for 15 years; he was a loving husband, father , grandfather and he  was loved by many in the community.

Survived by his wife of of 49 years, Ruth A. Lovingshimer Kinney; 3 daughters, Sadie (Bob) Beckner, Martha (Scott) McKee and Karen Miller (Gary Viken); 9 grandchildren, Robert and Tyler (Cheyenne) Beckner, Cynthia, Hayle and Angel Ritchie, Ryan McKee, Matthew, Trenton and Sienna Miller; 3 great-grandchildren, Brylie Wood, Luke Beckner and Ryanna Ritchie; 4 brothers and 2 sisters; many adopted children.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by 2 sisters, Nancy Kinney and Evelyn Dyer; 2 brothers, Charles “Elmer” and John Kinney; son-in-law, Harold “Paul” Miller.

Calling hours will be held from 4pm-8pm on Monday, January 22, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at the funeral home with Donnie Chevalier officiating.

Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
