Joanne L. Boudinot, 83, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 5:30pm on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Genesis-New Lexington Care and Rehabilitation Center.
Born May 11, 1931 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Warren Parker and L. Gertrude Crooks Boudinot.
Joanne was a 1949 graduate of New Lexington High School; she moved to Michigan after graduating where she lived until retiring from General Motors, Fisher Body in 1983 and then returned to New Lexington; she was an active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of New Lexington and she was never a Michigan Fan, Always an Ohio State Buckeye!
Survived by nieces and nephews, Diane (Joe) Ogden, Jeff (Pam) Wolfe, Kate (Tom) Saunders, Bob (Reba) Boudinot, Steve (Wanda) Boudinot and Ann Boudinot-Amin; several cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, preceded in death by brother and sister and their spouses, Bob (Janice) Boudinot and Jeannine (Pete) Wolfe.
No calling hours will be observed and a caring cremation will take place.
Graveside funeral service and burial will be held at 12:30pm on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at New Lexington Cemetery, 440 Swigart Street, New Lexington, Ohio with Pastor Justin VanOrman officiating.
