Kenneth E. Talbert

Kenneth E. Talbert, 61, of Corning, Ohio died Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at his home.

Born January 24, 1956 in Xenia, Ohio to the late Charles F. and Lucy Mae Perry Talbert.

Kenneth was a United States Marine Corps Veteran during the Vietnam Era; he loved truck driving, joking and his family.

Survived by a sister, Carolyn (Dan) Musick of Logan; brother, John R. Talbert of New Lexington; 1 granddaughter; many nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Deborah Talbert of Hemlock and a special friend, Zell Amburn.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Rebecca Talbert; maternal grandparents, Charles and Fannie Perry; 2 brothers, Thomas E. and Thurman W. Talbert; 2 sisters, Leona Kay Talbert and Marilyn Rae Judson; special friend, Kay Dupler.

Calling hours will be held from 2-4pm & 6-8pm on Friday, June 9, 2017 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastor Betty Brooks officiating.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Morgan County, Ohio with graveside military services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion, New Lexington, Ohio.
