Mary G (Trago) Beatty

Mary G.  Trago Beatty, 84, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 9:37am on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster, Ohio.

Born February 10, 1933 in Jackson, Ohio to the late David L. and Carrie Morris Trago.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in New Lexington, where she played in the Bell Choir; a very strong and caring woman; raised several of her grandchildren; E.M.T for New Lexington; enjoyed golf and was in the Women’s Golf League at the Perry Country Club.

Survived by her daughter, Brenda (Greg) Masterson of Shawnee; grandchildren, Skye Masterson, Megan Beatty, Adrianne Beatty and Aspen Beatty; great-grandchild, Avery Beatty. Mary came from a large family and is also survived by several brothers and sisters.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by husband, Dwight Kenneth Beatty on September 28, 1985; sons, Brian Dwight Beatty and Keith Beatty and several brothers and sisters.

Calling hours will be held from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio and from 10am-11am at the church on Wednesday.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the First United Methodist Church, 126 South High Street, New Lexington, Ohio with Reverend Greg Inboden officiating.

Burial will be in New Lexington Cemetery.
