Ralph J. Moore, Sr., 94 of New Lexington, Ohio died at 2:51am on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Genesis-New Lexington Care and Rehabilitation Center, New Lexington, Ohio.
Born on June 11, 1921 in Bristol, Ohio to the late Glen and Ethel Fauley Moore.
Ralph was a United States Army Veteran of WW II and owner and operator of Sohio Distributor.
Survived by children, R.J. (Debbie) Moore, Marsha (Jack) Snider and Randy Moore, all of New Lexington; grandchildren, Tara (Jeremy) Heavener, Cassi (Josh) Gaddis, Kelly (Todd) Buxton, Alicia (Joe) Shafer, Josh (Lindsay) Snider, J.R. (Pamela) Moore, Kyla (Justin) McNulty and Taylor Whitlock; great-grandchildren, Stella, Foster, Lauren, Tyler, Jessica, Emma, Carly, Chase, Hayden, Dylan, Madisyn, Irelynn, Marlee and Lincoln.
In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Marjorie V. King Moore on November 3, 2014; daughter, Marla Whitlock; daughter-in-law, Becky Moore; two sisters, Lucille Kirkey and Marjorie J. Poling.
Calling Hours will be held from 4pm-8pm on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the funeral home with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating.
Burial will be in New Lexington Cemetery, New Lexington, Ohio with graveside military services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion, New Lexington, Ohio.
