Ralph E. Sinift

Ralph E. Sinift, 91, of New Lexington,  Ohio died at 4:50am on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Genesis-New Lexington Center.

Born October 23, 1924 in Perry County, Ohio to the late Horcace P. and Olive L. Hiles Sinift.

Ralph was a United States Navy Veteran of WW II and a member of John Tague Post #188, American Legion of New Lexington, Ohio; he retired from Star Engineering of New Lexington after 38 years of service.

Survived by daughter, Patty (Wayne) Nelson of Junction City; son, Kenny (Cheryl) Sinift of McConnelsville; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Don (Pauline) Reed of McConnelsville.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Maxine Sinift on July 23, 2008; daughter, Karen Reed and 14 brothers and sisters.

Calling Hours will be held from 2-4pm & 6-8pm with American Legion services at 7:45pm on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:30pm on Friday, September 9, 2016 at the funeral home with Grandson Jason Reed officiating.

Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery near Maxville, Ohio with graveside military services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion of New Lexington, Ohio.
