Remo D’Alimonte, 58, of Corning, Ohio died at 8:30pm on Friday, April 10, 2015 at Marion General Hospital Emergency Department, Marion, Ohio.
Born July 18, 1956 in Trenton, Michigan to the late Agostino and Marietta Dangelo D’Alimonte.
Remo was known as “The Tire Man”, worked for Goodyear; was the best son-in-law in the whole world and was very hardworking and a devoted family man.
Survived by his wife of 15 years, Susan Fields D’Alimonte of the home; 2 sons, John Demick and Nick Marth, both of Michigan; 2 daughters, Michelle Marth and Francesca D'Alimonte of Michigan; grandchildren, Alyssa, Kathleen, Lillyonna, Olivia, Samantha, Devon, Avery, Deon and Jayden; brothers, Danny (Carol) D’Alimonte, Luigi (Dar) D’Alimonte and Albert D’Alimonte, all of Michigan and a sister, Yolanda (Tony) Iafano; 4 nephews, 3 nieces, mother-in-law, Clara Fields of Corning and brother-in-law, Steve Fields of South Carolina.
In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his brother, George D’Alimonte and father-in-law, Perry Fields.
Calling hours will be held from 2pm-8pm on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
