Brenda S. (Hicks) Tope

Brenda S. Tope, 52, of New Lexington, Ohio died on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the Genesis Healthcare System Emergency Department, Zanesville, Ohio.

Born September 8, 1965 in Zanesville, Ohio to Jerry Brown of New Straitsville, Ohio and the late Charlotte Whitmer Brown.

Survived by her father; her children,  Carrie Sue Canter of Columbus, Dustin Gould of Crooksville, Justin Tope of New Lexington and Charlotte Tope of Zanesville; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Tope, Skylyn Tope, Karson Hook and Reagan Cox; sister, Donna (Jim) Mickey, brothers, Chuck (Meg) Hicks, David (Carol) Hicks and Jeremy (Annie) Brown.

Calling hours will be held from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Wallace officiating.

Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
