Clarine A. Hoffman, 77, of Crooksville, (Six Mile Turn) Ohio died at 1:00am on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at her home.
Born December 29, 1939 in Sanderson, West Virginia to the late Tobie C. and Pearl White Burgess.
Clarine was an avid artist and a awesome cook; she loved her family and was an outstanding, loving and caring Mother.
Survived by her 4 children, Rodney Gene Hoffman of Crooksville, OH., Roxanne Hoffman Taylor of Rushville, OH., Teresa Ann Hoffman Henning of Crooksville, OH. and Joseph Lee Hoffman of Roseville, OH.; 14 grandkids, 7 great-grandkids, 1 brother, Johnnie Burgess of W.Va. and 1 sister, Corrine Cook of Toledo.
In addition to her parents, preceded in death by her husband, Orville Gene Hoffman, October 15, 2008 and 7 brothers and sisters.
At her request, no calling hours or funeral services will be held.
