Born May 3, 1969 in Logan, Ohio to Philip Levering and Shirley Ann Mount Levering.

Survived by her brother, Joe Levering; 3 aunts, Patty Miller, Paula Mount and Connie Reiber; several cousins.

Private graveside burial will take place at Smith Chapel Cemetery in Logan, Ohio.
