Jacquelyn Starner Obituary

Jacquelyn Carolyn Starner, 67, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 7:21am on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Genesis Healthcare System, Zanesville, Ohio.

Born July 1, 1951 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late John and Marilyn Billman.

Survived by her husband, Delbert Eugene Starner of the home; children, Katherine Hoffman, Donald Starner, Dusty Starner and Lisa Starner; grandchildren, Dallas, Tyler, Cecil and Teklay Cannon, Jeremiah Hoffman, Dillon, Dominic and Zoey Starner, Lyla White, Mya, Jaden and Austin Ore, Dakota, Haylea and Austin Starner.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by a son, Delbert Starner, Jr., March 3, 2010.

No calling hours or services will be held, Cremation will take place.

Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio in charge of arrangements.
