John R. Talbert

John R. Talbert, 64, of New Lexington, Ohio died Friday, June 15, 2018 at his home.

Born July 17, 1953 in Xenia, Ohio to the late Charles Franklin and Lucy Mae Perry Talbert.

John was a United States Army Veteran during the Vietnam Era and he was also a photographer.

Survived by his daughter, Brandi Wamack of Kentucky; grandson, Kyle Lee Thomas Wamack and a sister, Carolyn (Dan) Musick of Logan.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by 3 brothers, Thomas E., Thurman W. and Kenneth E. Talbert; 2 sisters, Leona Kay Talbert and Marilyn Rae Judson.

Calling hours will be held from 4pm-7pm on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor Betty Brooks officiating.

Burial will follow in Shawnee Cemetery with graveside military services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion, New Lexington, Ohio.
