Lloyd Allen, Jr., 55 of Gahanna, Ohio died Saturday, June 9, 2018 at his home.

Born January 1, 1963 in Newark, Ohio to the late Lloyd and Ruth Sherwood Allen.

He loved his children; 80’s action movies including Star Trek; loved family vacations, cars, airplanes and battle ships; he had a soft spot for animals and was very family oriented.

Survived by his four daughters, Amber (Zach) Allen, Kelli Allen, Natasha Allen and Zoe Allen; brother, Andrew Allen; two grandsons, Max Smith Allen and Nova Hooks and his girlfriend of 7 years, Becky Darnell.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Allen; two stepsisters, Teri and Susie.

Calling hours will be held from 4 pm-7 pm on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Graveside funeral service and burial will be held at 12:30 pm on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the New Lexington Cemetery, 440 Swigart Street, New Lexington, Ohio with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating.
