Marjorie Ann (Cleveland) Vernon

Marjorie Ann Vernon, 89 of New Lexington, Ohio went to her heavenly home on Monday, January 7, 2019 at her home.

Born August 5, 1929 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Lewis and Myrtle McGinnis Cleveland.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in New Lexington and loved her family.

Survived by her husband of 68 years, John Isaac Vernon, Jr. of the home; 2 sons, John David (Susan) Vernon and Gary Dean (Mary) Vernon; 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a sister, Donna (Earl) Lucas.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Cleveland.

Calling hours will be from 4-7 pm on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 201 West Brown Street, New Lexington, Ohio with Pastor John Michles officiating.

Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
