Mathew Allen Rey Cremeans, 4 of New Lexington, Ohio passed away at 1:55 pm on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

Born October 25, 2013 in Lancaster, Ohio to Robert Dempsey Cremeans, III and Tiffany Rey Thompson.

In loving memory of Mathew Allen Rey Cremeans; he will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends and the memory of his light and smile will truly be treasured by his parents, Tiffany Thompson, 24 and Robert Cremeans III, 29; along with his siblings, Jacklyn, Danny, Aurora , Dominic, Rosalynn and Avery.

Also survived by grandparents, Kimberly (Jody) Cremeans Six, Patricia Shouse (Edward Gregg) and Robert (Michelle) Cremeans ; great-grandparents, Jimmie and Virginia Meadows, Jody and Valerie Six, Melvalena Brock and Pamela Cremeans; great-great-grandma, Jean Woodrum;  special aunt and uncle, Jared Vance and Amber O’Rourke; other aunts and uncles, Shawnna (Dustin) Boyd, Eugenia Meadows (Tremaine Taylor), Ashley Henderson and Hailey Maffin; many many special  aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by great-grandmother, Libby Singleton and great-grandfather, Jack “Kelly” Cremeans.

Calling hours will be held from 4-7 pm on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastors Kenneth Dillon, Mike Moler and Johnny Johnson. Burial will follow at the Holiness Community Church Cemetery, Jackson Township Road 372 in Perry County.
