Michael Eugene Hammer

Michael Eugene Hammer, 69, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 5:28pm on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Genesis Hospice,  Zanesville, Ohio.

Born March 16, 1949 to the late Vauhn and Selma Hammer.

Michael was a lifetime member of the Shawnee Mission Church.

Survived by a son, Michael (Terra) Hammer of Crooksville; daughter, Pamela (Tracey) Hahn of Lancaster; nieces and nephews, Rodney, Becky and Tammy.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Ann Hammer and a brother, Sonny Hammer.

Calling hours will be held from 11am-1pm with funeral service at 1:00pm with Mr. Clifford Burgess officiating on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
