Russell "Frank" Wolfe, Sr.

Russell “Frank” Wolfe, SR. of Crooksville, Ohio, age 75, died at  5:45pm on Monday, November 6, 2017 at the Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio  after a long battle with cancer.

 He was born May 18, 1942 to the late Russell William Wolfe and Dorothy (Mathews) Wolfe.  He was preceded by siblings:  David, Bruce, and Shelba.

Frank  is survived by his son, Russell “Frank” Wolfe Jr. (Joyce), daughter, Lori (Wolfe) Crane (Greg), daughter, Beth Ann Box (Chris Boulter), son Scott Wingrove, daughter Tina Engle, fiancée Beth Young, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings Mike, Gary, Catherine, Nita, and Nora, and many nieces and nephews. 

Frank was a Vietnam Veteran and worked for Western Southern Insurance.  He grew up in Rehoboth and was a proud football player for the Panthers. 

Calling hours will be held from 4pm-8pm on Thursday, November  9, 2017 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, November 10, 2017 at the funeral home with Reverend John Jividen officiating and he will be buried in Rehoboth Cemetery.  Graveside Military services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion, New Lexington, Ohio.

A reception will be held following graveside services at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Jefferson Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
