Timothy M. Toth, 29 of Caldwell, Ohio died 11:24 pm on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Genesis Healthcare System Emergency Room , Zanesville, Ohio.

Born October 22, 1988 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Cyril DeMent and Debbie Toth Byer of Caldwell, Ohio.

He attended the Zanesville Bible Methodist Church; loved his son, family, fishing, video games, reading, and sports; he was also a history buff.

In addition to his mother, Debbie (John) Byer of the home,  he is survived by his son, Bayden Michael Toth  and Sara Strahler, mother of Bayden; grandmother, Patricia Toth; aunts, Yvonne ( Doug) Miller, Julie Toth, Rachel Toth and Becky (Tom) Bell; uncles, Michael (Trish) Toth, Dan Toth, David (Sara) Toth, Mark (Annie) Toth; 1 step sister, Jessie Byer; 2 step brothers, Joel and Kenny Byer; several cousins and best friend, like a brother, Justin Nixon

In addition to his father, preceded in death by his grandfather, Mike Toth.

Calling hours will be held from 4-8 pm on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio and from 10-11 am on Friday, July 6, 2018 at the church.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday at the Community Holiness Church, Thorn and Academy Streets, New Lexington, Ohio with Pastor William Blair, Reverend Kenneth Teter and Mr. Burl Lemon from Forever Dads officiating.

Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery, Portersville, Ohio.
