Barbara L. (Craig) Buck

Barbara L. Buck, 88, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 5:29am on Friday, August 18, 2023 at the Pickering House, FairHoPe Hospice in Lancaster, Ohio.

Born December 6, 1934 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late George W. and Kathleen V. Dickerson Craig.

Barb was a member of the Church of God of New Lexington; she loved her family, grandchildren and church; she was kind to kids and strangers; she saw the good in everybody; she was a very generous person and her faith was very strong.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; she will be sadly missed by her children, Charma (Doug) DuPerow, Cindy (Jeff) Savage, Candice (Steven) Cox, James (Laura) Buck, Belinda Buck (John McGaughey) and Brenda (Joe) Hobbs; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Jane McDaniel.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Buck; son, Eddy Buck; 2 grandsons, Sean Savage and Liam Hobbs; sister, Leah Plant.

Calling hours will be held from 6pm-8pm on Monday, August 21, 2023 and from from 10am-11am on Tuesday at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Poling officiating.

Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
