Barbara Jean King, 84 of Junction City, Ohio died at 6:10 pm on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at her daughter’s home in Junction City, Ohio.
Born October 19, 1937 in Malta, Ohio to the late Clifford Ramsey and Mabel Danielson Ramsey.
She loved quilting; going to church and was a member of the Community Holiness Church; gardening; doing word searches: watching the Andy Griffith Show and most important, loved being with her family.
Survived by her children, Kathleen (Bruce) King, Debbie (Dan) Bieber, Heather King and Joseph King, Jr.;14 grandchildren, Michael (Courtney), Brittany, Brandon, Nicholas, Matthew (Jessica) Jessie (Waylon), Katie (Kenny), Danielle (Stefan Gregory), Zach, Zoey, Hunter, Bradly, Noah and Nevaeh; sister, Patricia Hardcastle; 20 + great-grandchildren and her loving fur baby, Sadie.
In addition to her parents, preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Joseph Daniel King; daughter, Debbie Sue King; brothers, Paul, Robert, Carl and Albert Ramsey; grandchildren, Sierra and Jay, Jr. and son-in-law, Bruce.
Calling hours will be held from 11 am to 1 pm with funeral service at 1:00 pm with Reverend Kenneth Teter officiating on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at the Community Holiness Church, 120 Thorn Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Burial will follow at the New Lexington Cemetery.
