Carl Edward Blanchard, 76 of Somerset, Ohio died at 8:47pm on Monday, November 8, 2021 at his home.

Born March 4, 1945 in Rochester, Michigan to the late Melvin and Margert Shippi Blanchard.

Carl was a loving father and grandfather.

Survived by his children, Carl Blanchard Jr., Linda Kokensparker, Jason Miller, Mike Miller, Janice Clark and Jerry Clark; brother, Richard Blanchard; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife, Susie Ann Blanchard, daughters, Suzette and Veronica brother, Harold and sister, Peggy.
