Chad Blair Swimm. 41 of Lancaster, Ohio died on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at his home.

Born August 12, 1980 in Sanford, North Carolina to the late David Fausnaugh and Julie Swimm.

Chad was a loving husband and father to five children; he struggled with addiction and finally lost his battle.

In addition to his mother, survived by his wife, Jeana Gadd Swimm; children, Ayden, Elijah, Jax, Chad, Jr. and Avalynn; sisters, Kendra, Christy and Katie; several other family members and friends.

In addition to his father, preceded in death by his grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be held from 12:00 to 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at the AMVETS, 700 South Maple Street, Lancaster, Ohio.
