Charles Lewis May, 87 of Zanesville, Ohio died at 8:30 am on Saturday, June 4, 2022 Oaks at Bethesda, Zanesville, Ohio.

Born November 1, 1934 in Somerset, Ohio to the late Charles J. and Ada Wince May.

He served in the United States Army; worked at Anchor Hocking, General Mills and TCCI.

Survived by his sister, Nina (Dan) Reichley; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife, Twila Embrey May on October 11, 2011 and a brother, Jerry (Carol) May.

Calling hours will be held from 10-11am on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, June 9, 2022 at New Lexington Cemetery with military graveside services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion, New Lexington, Ohio.
