David L. Givens, 54, of Junction City, Ohio died at 3:00pm on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Genesis-Perry County Medical Center Emergency Department in Somerset, Ohio.

Born June 12, 1967 in Zanesville, Ohio to Bill and Shiela Thorp Givens.

In loving memory of David Givens, an awesome guy with a selfless heart. If you knew Dave it was positive vibes and good times. You will be missed dearly, Rock-N-Roll Dave!

Survived by his mother and father; 2 sisters, Candy Givens and Karen (Fred) Givens-Colvin; brother, Jamie (Teaka) Givens; nephews, Branden Givens, Eric Colvin and Dylan Merritt; nieces, Alysha Merritt and Hannah Givens; great-nephew, Riley Moore and great-niece, Zoey Merritt.

Calling hours will be held from 11am-1pm with funeral service at 1:00pm with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating on Monday, August 9, 2021 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
