David Elston Stoneburner, 55, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 7:51pm on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at his home, surrounded by his family.
Born March 24, 1967 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Lee Elston and Betty Louise Abram Stoneburner.
Dave was a 1985 graduate of New Lexington High School, where he played football; member of the Church of God of New Lexington; manager of the Bell Store in New Lexington and owner and operator of Outdoor Adventures. He loved and collected guns; racing motorcycles, hunting and fishing, loved to help people, especially those in need; but most importantly he loved his Family.
Survived by his fiancé, Patty Willis; brother, Patrick (Loretta) Sullivan; sister, Patty (Rusty) Gray; step-sons, Christian (Harlie) Frazier and Nate (Heather) Frazier; step-granddaughter, Magnolia Frazier; sister-in-law, Tamy Sullivan; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; wonderful staff at the Bell Store.
In addition to his parents, preceded in death by a brother, Mike Sullivan; grandparents, Leonard and Edith Abram and Vaughn and Edna Stoneburner.
Calling hours will be held from 2pm-8pm on Friday, January 13, 2023 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Poling officiating.
Burial will follow in Community Gardens Cemetery.
