Delbert Eugene Starner, 71 of Zanesville, Ohio, formerly of New Lexington, Ohio died on Sunday, November 28, 2021 in Zanesville, Ohio.

Born March 15, 1950 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late John and Betty Brewer Starner.

Survived by his children, Kathy Hoffman, Donnie Starner, Dusty Starner and Lisa Starner; sixteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers and sister, John Starner, Kenneth Starner and Rose Harvey.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Starner; son, Delbert Starner and ten brothers and sisters.

No calling hours or funeral service will be held.
