Dorothy E. Thompson, 73, of Junction City, Ohio passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.

Born October 7, 1950 in Junction City, Ohio to the late Dorothy E. Shellar Braglin

Dorothy is survived by her soul mate of 44 years, Rick Johnson; 4 daughters, Ieshiea (Ed) Bookman of Junction City, Melinda (Jeff) Nelson of New Lexington, Esther (Nick) Dowling of New Lexington and Stephanie Johnson of Junction City; 2 sons, Joey (Ranetta) Thompson of Junction City and Christopher (Tila) Johnson of New Lexington; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Braglin of Junction City; sister, Sandra O’liver of South Bloomingsfield.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Arnold, William, Jay, Richard and Jerry Braglin; 2 sisters, Lula Bell and Lavina; 1 grandson and 1 son-in-law.

Calling hours will be held 6-8pm on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

Burial will follow in New Lebanon Cemetery in Junction City, Ohio.
