Elsie E. (Dickerson) McMillan

Elsie E. McMillan, 95, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 7:50pm on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at SKLD, New Lexington.

Born January 31, 1926 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Howard F. and Flo Etta Starner Dickerson.

Elsie was a member of the Covenant Community Church of New Lexington; she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren; she loved going to the Senior Center for lunch and playing bingo.

Survived by her 2 daughters, Brenda Marie Taylor and Kimberly E. (Ralph) Halsey; grandchildren, Stacey (Doug) Eveland, Curtis (Anita) Wolfe, Ricky Taylor, Corey (Stephanie) Taylor, Lindsay McCollough and Megan Wagner; several great-grandchildren and 2 very special great-great-grandchildren, Harper and Alex; brother, Lawrence (Betty) Dickerson.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by her husband, John S. McMillan; daughter, Karen Sue McMillan; grandson, Eric Wilson; 3 brothers, Dwight, Lloyd and John Dickerson; 3 sisters, Kathleen Foucht, Lula Riley and Lawayna Baker.

Calling hours will be held 12noon-2pm with funeral service at 2:00pm with Pastor Sanford Short officiating on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
