Frances K. (Butcher) Munyan

Frances K. Munyan, 73, of New Lexington, died 6:45 PM, Friday, March 17, 2023, at New Lexington Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. She was born April 3, 1949, in Bremen, the daughter of Arthur Butcher and Estella (Smith) Butcher and was married to the late Donald “Joe” Munyan.

Frances was a homemaker who loved to feed her humming birds, tend to her flower garden and listen to all her wind chimes. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother who cherished the time she spent with her family.

Frances is survived by two sons, Joe (Kathy) Munyan and Gene Munyan; her grandchildren, Michael Munyan, Jesse (Ashlee) Munyan, Sjonna (Clay) Hooper, Troy Johnson, Clara Fiore, Mario Fiore, Jr., Lindsey Munyan and Brianna Munyan; four great grandchildren, her siblings, Albert (Debbie) Butcher, Susie (Randy) Dunn, Jimmy (Tomma Ellis) Butcher, Ruth (Stan) Dumolt, Lisa (Dave) Dumolt and John Butcher and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Frances was preceded in death by on brother, Kenneth Butcher and one niece, Abbie Butcher.

Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, Monday, March 20, 2023, at the Roberts Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street New Lexington. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at the funeral home. Frances will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband in Rehoboth Cemetery.
