Harold "Art" A. Starner

Harold A. Starner, 76, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 4:35pm on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at FairHoPe Hospice, Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio.

 Born January 10, 1946 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Harold E. and Alveda Rose Fluhart Starner.

 Harold was a former employee of Lempco; member of the United Steel Workers and New Lexington Eagles #2070; he loved fishing, carpentry and was a lumber jack with his father and brother.

 Survived by his son, Jerry Lee Starner; 2 grandchildren, Dustin and Michelle Starner; brothers and sisters, Russell (Rita) Starner, Laura J. Careins, Dawn G. (Jerry) Knight and Penny L. (Gary) Sorrell; brother-in-law, Jerry Isbell.

 In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his son, Timothy C. Starner; 4 sisters, Alice Patricia (Carl) Seals, Nancy L. (Harold) Lehecka, Brenda Elaine Starner and Kay Isbell.

Calling hours will be held from 9am-11am with funeral service at 11:00am with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

 Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery.
