Iris June Tipple

Iris June Tipple, 93, of New Lexington, Ohio died at 4:00am on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at the Beckett House in New Concord, Ohio.

Born June 9, 1929 in Roseville, Ohio to the late Russell and Mae Adams Fulk.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church of New Lexington, Ohio and Carnation Chapter #167, O.E.S, where she was an officer.

Iris loved her church, church family and friends; she loved to cook and was known for her desserts.

Survived by her daughter, Marcia (Tom) Bowman; grandchildren, Jennifer Tipple (Tim) Eshelman, Melissa Tipple and Nick Bowman; great-grandchildren, Aden Bowman, Madlyn Tipple, Camdyn Tipple and Melicka Eshelman; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Richard D. Tipple on June 21, 2021 son, Harry Tipple;  infant daughter, Johnita Tipple brothers, Russell and Paul Fulk.

Graveside memorial service and burial will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the New Lexington Cemetery, 440 Swigart Street, New Lexington, Ohio with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating.
