Jay M. Carson, II, 47, of New Lexington, Ohio went home to be with his Father and gained his angel wings on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at his home.
Born July 5, 1976 in Zanesville, Ohio to Mike and Gloria Dulkoski Carson.
Jay was a 1994 graduate of New Lexington High School and attended Hocking College and received his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts with honors; he was a chef for 15 plus years at restaurants and country clubs; member of Covenant Community Church of New Lexington; his passion was cooking and shared a lot of love with those around him; he was an avid Chicago Bears Fan.
Survived by his grieving parents, Mike and Gloria Carson; daughters, Bella and Scarlett; brother, Justin (Stephanie) Carson; 2 special nephews, Nolan and Maddox; 3 nieces, Hailie, Jaida and Leia and leaves behind several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Jay and Helen Carson; Zygfryd and Audrey Dulkoski.
Private services will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio with Pastor Sanford Short officiating.
Burial will be held at a later date in New Lexington Cemetery.
