Jeff Jones, 60, of New Lexington, Ohio passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021 at his home from cancer, surrounded by his loving family.
Born April 20, 1961 to Betty Morgan Jones and the late William Jones.
Jeff was a member of the South Main Church of Christ in New Lexington; he worked at PCC Airfoils for 40 years; he loved to whistle at work; he loved his family, children and cherished his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; he enjoyed coaching his boys in sports and loved the Ohio State Buckeyes and the outdoors.
Jeff loved living on his old country road; he had a caring and loving heart. He was loved by everyone who knew him and will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
Survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Diane Hiles Jones; sons, Jeremy Ellis, Jake (Angie Stowers) Jones and Caleb Jones; grandchildren, Kendra (Vince) Collins, Taylor Jones, Cierra (Zac Adams) Ellis, Andrew (Maddie Dutiel) Jones, Courtney Jones and Summer Jones; great-grandchild, Ryder; mother, Betty Jones; sisters, Brenda (Ernie) Starling and Susan (Steve) Anderson; sisters-in-laws, Cathy (David) White, Dorothy Hiles, Debby (Raymond) Chavez and Gloria Wilson; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Calling hours will be held from 2-4pm & 6-8pm on Monday, June 7, 2021 and from 10-11am on Tuesday at the South Main Church of Christ, 7 Smith Street, New Lexington, Ohio
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the church with Joshua Starr officiating.
Burial will follow in South Fork Cemetery.
