Obituary
Jenny K. Bookman, 85, of New Lexington, Ohio passed away peacefully on Friday, February 17, 2023.
She was born June 26, 1937 to the late Fred T. and Sara (Huddleston) Reed.
She retired from the Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office where she served as a para-legal for 30 years. She enjoyed feeding the birds, working in her flower garden, spending time with family and She Loved Her Browns!
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul David Bookman.
She is survived by one son, Thomas (Susan) Bookman; one grandson, Joshua (Brian O’Neill) Bookman; brother, Herb Reed; sister, Bea Baker and many nieces and nephews.
As per Jenny’s wishes, no calling hours will be observed.
Graveside Funeral Service and Burial will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at New Lexington Cemetery with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Perry County Cancer Alliance, P.O. Box 724, New Lexington, Ohio 43764.
