John Robert Litchfield

John Robert Litchfield, 69, of New Lexington, Ohio died on Sunday, February 1, 2026 at his home.

Born September 19, 1956 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Cecil and Florence Keplar Litchfield.

John was a hard-working man with a terrific sense of humor. He loved to be outdoors and explore many 4 wheeler trails.

Survived by his brother, Tom; 2 beloved granddaughters, Hannah and Toby Arnett; special niece and nephew, Lisa and Ottis Euman; sister-in-law, Cindy Walker and many more loving family members.

In addition to his parents, preceded in death by his devoted wife, Lisa “Peanut” Litchfield; only son, Chad Litchfield; brothers, Roger, Bill, Jimmy, Ronnie and Donnie; sister, Sharon.

No calling hours will be held and a graveside funeral service and burial will take place in Somerset Cemetery at a later date.
