John W.L Thompson, 31 of New Lexington, Ohio died on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Genesis, Perry County Emergency Room in Somerset, Ohio.

Born February 21, 1991 in Newark, Ohio to Scott and Theresa Thompson (Denny Dew).

John loved his family, friends, dogs, twin cousins, Steven and Emmit, second cousins, Nathan, McKenzie, Anna Lee, Mya and Ian, riding his Harley, tearing and blowing stuff up, and shooting guns.

Survived by his mother, brother, Joshua Thompson (Mikayla Kelly), brother, Steven Hammond; grandparents, Gary and Sandy Bennett, Patty and Walter Thompson; father, Scott Thompson; 2 sisters, Olivia and Jade; aunt, Tricia Hermey;  uncle, Rodney (Christina) Bennett; aunt, Rebecca (Aaron) Roe, aunt, Tammy Bell, Teri (Rusty) Greeks, uncle, Walter (Michelle) Thompson, several cousins, great aunts and uncles; brothers, Jay Reynolds, Tristan Tufts, Ryan Nelson, Jr. and Freddie Kinney; sisters, Kayla Wolf, Lyssa Jade McConaha, Merissa Pacino and Kayla Sue (Ryan) Murray; uncle, Brian Hermey

Preceded in death by his grandpa, John Hammond, great grandma, Cora Louise Satterfield, great grandparents, Joe and Julia Hammond, cousins, Jacob Bennett and A.J Hammond.

Calling hours will held from 4-8pm on Monday, March 14, 2022 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday at the funeral home with Jeremiah Toth officiating.
