Julia Darlene (Szakas) DeCoursey, 72 of Logan, Ohio died on Monday, January 18, 2021 at the Hocking Valley Community Hospital, Logan, Ohio.

Born March 6, 1948 in Congo, Ohio to the late Charles and Julia Olah Szakas.

Survived by her husband of 51 years, Charles DeCoursey; children, Charles DeCoursey, Jr.,  John (Garnet) DeCoursey, Sherry (Phil) Hinkle, Sharon (Frank) Eddy and Jim DeCoursey; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; sister, Mary Jane Lahmon of Sunbury; brothers, Joseph of Aredale, Iowa, John (Helen) of Silverdale, Washington and Don (Pat) of New Lexington.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by brothers, Charles and Robert Szakas; brother-in-law, James Lahmon; sister-in-law, Barbara Szakas.

Calling hours will be held from 11am-1pm on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio and funeral service follow at 1:00 pm with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating.

Burial will follow at New Lexington Cemetery.
