Kathleen King

Kathleen L. King, 61, of Junction City, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, in Columbus, Ohio.

Born April 20, 1962 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Joseph and Barbara Ramsey King.

She attended the Community Holiness Church and worked in a nursing home as a nurse’s aide, loved to travel and spending time with her son, grandkids, nieces and nephews. She loved her dogs, Chloe and Lexi. She enjoyed camping, sewing, watching older T.V. shows and westerns, the Dallas Cowboys and the Budweiser Clydesdales, she also loved going to get river tomatoes.

Survived by her son Matthew (Jessica) King; grandchildren, Joseph, Isabella, Matthew and Abigail; sisters, Debbie (Harry) Bieber and Heather King; brother, Joey King and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Debbie Sue King and her Fiancé, Bruce Kirkey.

Calling hours will be held 4:00-7:00 PM with funeral services at 7:00 PM, with Reverend Kenneth Teter officiating, on Wednesday August 16, 2023 at Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio
