Leah J. Plant, 83, of Corning, Ohio died at 8:05am on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Crestview Nursing Home in Lancaster, Ohio.

Born October 16, 1938 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late George and Kathleen Dickerson Craig.

Leah attended the Oakfield Baptist Church and Church of God of New Lexington; she was a member of the O.E.S for 50 years and a Past Matron.

Survived by her husband of 62 years, George Plant; son, Mike (Cathy) Plant; granddaughter, Michelle Plant; grandson, Joe Plant; 2 sisters, Jane McDaniels of Nashport and Barbara Buck of New Lexington; special friend, Sue Toki; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by her very special niece, Susie Vann.

Calling hours will be held from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm on Monday, July 18, 2022 with an O.E.S service at 7:45pm and 11am-12noon on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 12noon on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Poling officiating.

Burial will follow in the Oakfield Cemetery, Oakfield, Ohio.
