Linda Kay Householder

Linda Kay Householder, 76, of New Lexington passed away Friday, May 24, 2024 at SharonBrooke assisted living in Newark, Ohio.

Born March 28, 1948 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Stanley and Thelma Crook Colborn.

Linda was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of New Lexington. Linda was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved her family. She loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, family gatherings and parties. Linda enjoyed the silver sneakers program, water aerobics and swimming.

Linda is survived by her children, Trené Smith, Douglas (Stacey) Householder, and Wendy (Rusty) Hardy; grandchildren, Meagan (Srinivas) Arepalli, Mallory (Jay) Clouse, Mikel Smith II, Sarah Beckley, Alysia (Robert) Jackson, Dustin (Janet) Householder, Tyler (JoJo) Householder, Crystal (Ralph) Thomas, Jamie Thorne, Katelyn (Gabe) Nutter, Bethany (Dylan) Cole, Sidney (Matt Shane) Hardy, Hayden (Lydia) Hardy and Holden Hardy; great-grandchildren, Devon, Kullen, Humsini, Mukunda, Wesson, Owen, Annie, Parker, Haylie, Jayce, Bowen, Jaydah, Jaylee; Siblings, Dean (Carla) Colborn, Darlene (Mike) Watts; brother-in-law, Marvin Veyon; nieces and nephews, Loni, Marci, Heather, Kelly, Jenny, John, Sarah, Stephanie, LeJay, Chelsea, Jess, André, Rich, Cassie, and TJ; dear to her heart; Susan, Rick, LuAnn, Cheryl, Jason, Karen, Darren, Steven, Tammy, Heather, Kendall, Michael and Novalee.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Monna Colborn, Donna Veyon, Ronald Colborn, Carla Jo Moore and sister-in-law, Mary Colborn; son-in-law, Mikel Smith.

Calling hours will be held 6-8pm on Friday, June 7, 2024 and 10-11am on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Memorial services will be held at 11am on Saturday at the funeral home Reverend Ruth Messick officiating.

Burial will follow at the New Lexington Cemetery in New Lexington, Ohio.
