Linda Lou (Norris) Starner

Linda Lou (Norris) Starner, 74 of New Lexington, Ohio died at 10:20 pm on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Genesis Perry County Emergency Room, Somerset, Ohio.

Born March 31, 1948 in New Lexington to the late Ernest Guy, Sr. and Emma Jane Dailey Norris.

She was a great mother, even if she was stubborn and her girls get it honestly; loved her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; worked for Residential Inc. for 30 years; she will be missed by all that knew her; she never said goodbye, always, “Love You, Later”.

Survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Jane Targo Dennis, Kathy (Shawn) Smith and Ardith Mary Targo (Billy) Johnson; grandchildren, James Hiles, Jr., Nickolas & Stevi Dennis, Steven (Regan) Burns, Jr., Angela Burns (Ian Myers), Christian, Warren and Brianna Downour; many great grandchildren; many step-great-grandchildren; sister, Marianne Howell and brother, Richard Norris.

In addition to her parents, preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Ernest, Norris, Jr., Barbara Ann Harvey, Sue Miller, Jack Norris, Jerry Norris, Tim Norris, Gloria Phillips, Beverly Moore and Don “Duke” Norris.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 3-5 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at the New Lexington Eagle #2070, 129 North Main Street, New Lexington, Ohio.  If you would like to bring a side dish, it would be greatly appreciated.
