Michael J. Phillips

Michael J. Phillips, 70, of New Lexington, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.

He was born June 22, 1953 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Sam and Sylvia North Fiore.

Michael was an avid music lover, he was honest to a fault and liked to help people.

He is survived by the love of his life, Judy Middaugh; siblings. Don (Tammy), Tammy, Tim (Sheri), Toni, Keven, Sheryl; mother-in-law, Lovie Scott; brother-in-law, Bill Scott; several nieces and nephews, including special niece, Erin and nephew Austin Scott; cousins, and his friend Brian Welsh, who’s friendship he cherished.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his niece, Ashley.
