Michael "Mike" Ralph Williamson

Michael “Mike” Ralph Williamson passed away peacefully at home on April 30, 2022.

Mike was born on January 6, 1953 in Pikeville, Kentucky to the late Rev. Ralph and Sarah “Mag” Williamson. 

His wife, Glenna was his first love of more than 50 years, followed by his two sons and grandchildren. Mike enjoyed sports, NASCAR, and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He could often be found leaning on the fence at the ball field watching his grandchildren play ball. Mike never met a stranger, being a friend to all. He touched many lives providing lasting impacts. 

Mike established Quality Monument in New Lexington and retired from the business in 2018. He was a member of the Perry County Coon Hunters Club and was known for his many generous contributions. 

Survived by his wife of 50 years, Glenna Osborne Williamson; sons, Michael R. Williamson, II. and David B. (Betsy) Williamson; his beloved grandchildren, Phoenix of the home, Peyton, Parker, Preston and Piper; brothers and sisters, James “Bo” (Missy) Williamson, Shirley (Tim) Deavers, Wanda (Jimmy) Mills and Sue (Hillard) Thacker.

Calling hours will be held from 4pm-8pm on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Private Family Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at the funeral home with Daniel Darst officiating.

Burial will follow in Community Gardens Cemetery, New Lexington, Ohio.
