Mitchell R. Steele, 37, of New Lexington, Ohio died Friday, August 3, 2018 in Columbus, Ohio.

Born May 1, 1981 in Columbus, Ohio to David Steele and Charlene Fyffe Skeels.

Mitchell was a self-employed carpenter; he loved to ride his Harley Davidson; loved the country living, hunting and fishing; his kids were the light of his life.

Survived by his children, Damian Mitchell Steele and Michael Ray Steele; father, David (Sharon) Steele of New Lexington; mother, Charlene Skeels of Newark; brother, David Lee (Tina) Steele, Jr. of New Lexington; niece, Samantha Steele; nephew, Devin Steele; grandmother, Stella Fyffe and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by his wife, Alaina Nicole Steele, August 11, 2017.

Calling hours will be held from 4pm-7pm on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the funeral home with Seth Moore officiating.

Burial will follow in Community Gardens Cemetery, New Lexington, Ohio.
