Nancy Jane Friel Hutchens

Nancy Jane Sanborn Friel Hutchens, 73, of New Lexington died Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Adams Lane Healthcare in Zanesville, Ohio.

Born January 3, 1951 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Jack Leroy and Barbara Ann Shreves Sanborn.

Nancy was a member of the United Pentecostal Church, she loved her family, faith and God. She loved to read her Bible and worship with others, going out to eat and she loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Troy (Anna) Friel; grandchildren, Olivia, Ashley, Em and Jordan; former spouse, James Friel; sisters, Sharon (Terry) Phillips and Robbin (Doug) Clemens; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Jackie (Cleve) Burgess.

No calling hours or services will be held.
