Norma E. Moore

Norma E. Moore (Brainard), 87, of New Lexington went to be with her Lord and savior on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Adams Lane Care Center in Zanesville, Ohio.

Born May 3, 1937 in Sandy Branch, Kentucky to the late Charles Hobert and Lillie Hensley Brainard, she was the youngest of 12 children.

Norma was a loving mother to her children and a grandmother to five generations of grandchildren and she loved spoiling them. She loved spending time with family and friends. She never let a soul leave her home hungry and she was known for her amazing pies. She will be missed by many.

Norma is survived by her sons, Charles (Deb) Moore, Teddy (Janie) Moore and Jeff (Samantha) Moore; daughters, Carol Moore, Theresa Hansbarger and Cynthia (Tim) Farrar; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by the love of her life, Charles B. Moore; 11 brothers and sisters.

Calling hours will be held 11am-1pm with funeral services at 1:00pm with John Moore officiating on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Burial will follow at New Lexington Cemetery in New Lexington, Ohio.
