Patricia Sue Harris

Patricia Sue Harris, 72, of New Lexington, Ohio passed away peacefully on Monday, February 26, 2024 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

She was born October 20, 1951 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Fred and Mildred Clouse Fielder.

Patty loved her family and the Lord. Having her family all together was one of her greatest joys. She often said "Family is everything”. She helped care for her grandchildren for many years and then was a loving caregiver for her husband for 13 years. Patty enjoyed FaceTiming with her granddaughter, chats with her grandson, and spending time with her daughters. She looked forward to weekly outings with her sisters and getting together with her "Jingle bells", a group of lifelong friends. Full of joy and always willing to lend a listening ear, Patty's memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. We take comfort in knowing she is resting in the arms of the Lord. 

Patricia is survived by her husband of 52 years, Steve Harris; daughters, Stephanie (Adrian) Brandt and Michele (Kevin) Netter; grandchildren, Marquis and Ally; siblings, Paula Wilson, James (Wanda) Fielder and Margie Boley; and her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Helen Wigle, JoAnn Pace and her brother Clarence “Bud” Fielder.

Calling hours will be held from 11am to 1pm with funeral services at 1pm with Reverend James Fielder officiating on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.

Burial will follow at New Lexington Cemetery, New Lexington, Ohio.
