Phillip Wayne Abram, 77, of Corning, Ohio died at 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at his home.
Born August 18, 1941 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Chester and Hazel Jones Abram.
Phillip was a United States Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam Era; he was an avid fisherman and loved his family.
Survived by his wife of 55 years, Jessie Crouch Abram of the home; children, Thea (Paul) Faber of Florida, Jessica (Mike) Boring of Corning and Sharon (Robin) Keller of Marietta; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Ruth (Howard) Bussey and Bonnie (Max) Grant; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, preceded in death by a grandson, Christopher Staley; brothers, Bill and Kenny Abram; sister, Idella Whitmer; several nephews and a niece.
Calling hours will held from 5-8pm on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Funeral service will at 11:00am on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the funeral home with Pastor James Anderson officiating.
Burial will follow at the Community Gardens Cemetery, New Lexington, Ohio with graveside military services by John Tague Post #188, American Legion, New Lexington, Ohio.
